Vigorous exercise to prevent breast cancer

A recent study published in Breast Cancer Research Journal, showed that those who exercised vigorously at least have the chance of developing breast cancer, exactly 30% less.

The researchers followed nearly 32.269 women in post-menopausal period of eleven years and found that exercise is a good way to prevent breast cancer.

Physical activities that were identified as “vigorous” are those such as running, mountain biking, practice aerobics. But household activities such as intensive care of the garden, cutting wood or cleaning the floor. (more…)

Signs and Symptoms Endometrial cancerEndometrial cancer is sometimes called uterine cancer because the vast majority of tumors are generally in the myometrial layer, but other cells in the uterus that can become cancer, such as muscle or myometrial cells. These cancers are much less common so-called sarcomas.
Endometrial cancer is often detected at an early stage because it frequently produces vaginal bleeding between periods or after menopause.

Signs and symptoms

• Any bleeding after menopause
• prolonged periods or bleeding between periods
• An abnormal bloody discharge from the vagina
• Pelvic pain
• Pain during intercourse

Factors Causing Breast Cancer

According to risk factors and Kodim Moningkey, specific causes of breast cancer is still unknown, but there are many factors that have an influence on estimated occurrence of breast cancer include:

1. Reproductive factors
